ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
This document containing the Terms of Agreement (the "Agreement") is described as the terms and conditions under which the International Media Network offers you the use of the ClicksConnect FREE Classifieds Service (the "Account"). By posting ads, reading ads and completing the registration process (when required), you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound by all of the content of this Agreement.
We may automatically amend this Agreement at any time by displaying the amended terms within the ClicksConnect Classifieds network, in which case such new items of this agreement shall be effective and binding when posted. It will be your responsibility to make sure that you are up to date with the current letter and spirit of the terms of use of this service.
TERMS OF USE
By your use of the ClicksConnect Classifieds network, you offer your consent to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information and data to the International Media Network, managed and controlled by UK2U Limited, Thames Gateway Technology Centre, University Way, London E16 2RD. We agree to maintain your data within the requirements of our privacy policy.
Postings providing false contact details or impersonating another person will be dealt with by the relevant laws and requirements of international law. Furthermore we reserve the right to pass all the relevant details and IP address of the offender on to relevant authorities and the agrieved third party, their agents or any other law enforcement agency.
We view advertisers posting ads of a business nature outside their area and definitely outside their country as SPAMMERS by another name. As a crucial part of the terms of use of this site, we reserve the right to delete your posting and subsequently blacklist you if you persist in advertising outside of your country offering goods for export. There are better ways to engage in exports and we will refuse to have our network used to attempt to take advantage of local buyers outside of your country.

We expressly encourage and permit users to contact us to "FLAG" any abuse of the terms of use and tell us about any problems or offensive content so that together we can keep the site working properly. We may limit or terminate our service and take legal steps to keep persistent offenders off our network if we think that they are creating problems or acting in manner inconsistent with the letter or spirit of the terms and other conditions of use. However, regardless of the action taken by ClicksConnect, we do not accept any liability for the unauthorized or unlawful use of this network by users.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OF PROFITS OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCOUNT OR THIS AGREEMENT. IN ANY EVENT, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IS LIMITED TO ONLY $50. YOU ABSOLUTELY AGREE TO THIS AND OTHER ELEMENTS OF LIABILITY. IF IN DOUBT, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT US BEFORE USING ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE NETWORK OR TO REFUSE TOTALLY TO USE ANY OF THE SERVICES IN THE NETWORK.
GENERAL
The services hereunder are offered by the International Media Network. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond our control. You consent to us sending you emails, as we deem necessary. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
